Property details I am looking for an urgent exchange for my son who urgently needs to move back to Harrogate because of ill health.
His flat consists of lounge/open plan kitchen, fully fitted white bathroom and overbath power shower, 2 good sized double bedrooms and an enclosed large paved back yard with direct access.
The property has benefited from a total refurbishment 2 years ago and it has only been my son there since. This is a converted house and there is only one other flat in the building. hence they are both a good size.

The property is close to schools, doctors, local shops, bus stop and approx 6 mins walk from sea.
It is in a very pleasant area of North Shore and is very quiet with parking outside.
The property is fully double glazed and has full gas central heating.
We would consider helping towards removal costs of other party if we could find the right property in Harrogate and we could exchange quickly.
