| I have a 3 bedroomed detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Coalville. There is a garage attached also a driveway for another car infront. The front of the house is fenced off with a patio, with a grassed area leading to the pavement. There is a new fitted kitchen diner with a dining area big enough for a 6 seated table and chairs. There is a large living room with french windows leading to a large garden comprising of both bark and grassed areas, it is fully fenced from the neigbours. There is also a downstairs toilet leading from a newly laid tiled floored hallway. Upstairs is a large family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and airing cupboard. The main bedroom is large enough to fit a kingsize bed and wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is large enough to fit both a double and a single bed, as it is a long room. The 3rd bedroom is a smaller room which would fit a single bed and furniture. There is also an attic which is accessible from the bathroom. It is decorated and has double glazing and is gas central heating, with both gas and electric meters in the garage. There is also a direct bus route into town with buses running every 10 mins, schools up to age 16 just 5 mins walk away. |
