Hi there, we have a 3 bedroom terraced house (only 4 in the row) in Kirriemuir Angus, small town with about 6000 people. 2 primary schools (1 within 2 minute walk) and a very good secondary school. Kirrie has good shops, transport links and is a great place for people looking for outdoor pursuits (walking, fishing, cycling, horse riding etc) Kirrie is known as the "Gateway to the Glens" and is situated at the foot of the Angus Glens which are a beautiful place to visit, and also provide stunning views from the town (some views from the house too)
The property has gas central heating, which was replaced only a year ago and has an energy efficient combi type boiler. The house was also re wired at the same time. The kitchen is also scheduled to be upgraded in a couple of months and the tenant gets to design this themselves. We have 3 good sized bedrooms, one slightly smaller but still capable of having a double bed. We have a good sized back garden with amazing views to the hills, and no houses immediately behind (there is a market garden here that grows great organic fruit and veg, very cheap for sale!) At the front of the house we have a garden which has a driveway laid on it. The street is a no through road so great for kids as quiet, and there is a small park at the bottom of the street for the kids to play. The house does require some decoration however, as when we were rewired and new central heating some of the walls were affected. This would be a good opportunity for the new tenant to leave there stamp!
We are open to offers, need 3 beds minimum but 4 would be great! Also somewhere rural preferred as I have two horses that would be moving with us so really need somewhere nearby to accomodate them!!

Kirriemuir is a rural town, only about 18 miles north of Dundee, has good transport links into Dundee, it is 50 miles South of Aberdeen, so easily accesible for people wanting to commute into the cities.
