Up for a mutual exchange is a 3 bedroom 3 storey house in West Drayton, Middlesex, UB7. Council owned property with right to buy after 2 years renting. No water meter either!

I'm looking for a move to areas in Avon, Bristol and South Gloucestershire for a new start.

Must have 3 bedrooms and a garden, driveway would be great! Decor not important, would like to get up that way soon.

Ground floor is WC and storage, plus back door to garden, 1st floor is a large kitchen/Diner and separate Lounge, with small room of lounge currently used as a toy room, 2nd floor has two good sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobe each with 3rd smaller room, but bigger than a box room with large cupboard, plus family bathroom with airing cupboard.

Hi there i have a three bed semi in north somerset 12mins from Bristol airport the haouse has two recptions large back and front garden for me the kitchen is small but modern the house is located in a rural setting catchment for the best secondary school
