i live in an end terrace 2 bed wich is 3 years old on the new mitton park estate in stourport on severn all the houses are privet except for two rows . i live in millgate close. we need to move kidderminster to be closer to family as i have just lost a baby and my son has special needs so it would be closer for his appointments at the hospital and his nursrey.
our house has-
down stairs toilet
front room with laminated flooring
kitchin /diner with laminate flooring
good sized back garden with shed , patio and lawn
understairs storage cuboard very big
bathroom with shower over bath
big single room but could get a double in or easily fit two singles
loft
airing cuboard with shelf
over stairs cuboard very big
double bedroom wich is a very good size
allocated parking space in privet car park

i would be willing to do a 3 way exchange if you know of anyone who would be intreasted.
i also know somone in birmingham that would like our house they have a 3 bed new build on ley hill farm road heres a map
