Anywhere This place would be ideal for an elderly person, due to the high level plugs and other elderly neighbours. Or ideal for couple or single person. The area is very quiet and the neighbours are caring, quiet & non intrusive. There is a very little bit of garden just outside the kitchen window but it is not fenced off or private enough for letting out the dog. This ground floor maisonette looks like a house and is very economical to run, electric and gas bills are very small and the property central heating warms the place very quickly. The new housing association has just fitted new double glassing and are also due to refit the old kitchen and bathroom for new. The bathroom/wc and toilet are all in one room, the bedroom has enough room for 2 beds / a single and a double. The rent is cheaper but the rent listed includes the garage which is in a block very near the property. Exchange for anything considered and negotiations could be arranged for the right exchange.
