Hi here we have two options as Leominster Lady wouldnt mind swapping to Clehonger, but clehonger still need hereford area for work and children.

George st. Leominster.
a two bed bricked cornish house, with front and back gardens, on the large side, both low maintainence with very pretty brick paving. Inside is a living room good size kitchen and dining area, which leads out into the conservatory, also good size which then leads out into the large private completely enclosed with rear access through a iron gate onto a private lane where there is no through traffic. Upstairs there are two large doubles on offer, the larger is full width of house!! with a good size attic storage area. George st, is a very quiet pretty street of mostly private houses, as they have all been bought. Leominster primary is at end of this cul de sac road. Leominster town is 2mins stroll away where there is everything to hand, and before that is a corner shop. Clehonger - Birch hill road ~
a very popular location where the large two bed flat is located in amongst the private housing and elderly bungalows in a very pretty village which is the best for rural living with Hereford town only two miles away and belmont tescos even shorter than that you still have everything you need a short journey away. Its on a very good bus route which does a circular to madley, shop with post office, good primary school, village hall, pub and very long walks only a short walk away. Very good neighbours mostly elderly. This property has two VERY large gardens, both private and a drive which is accessable to the rear garden, which can fit upto two or more cars, two stone built sheds both with power supplied in them. This flat is a house convertion and is with herefordshire housing (council) Inside the larger bedroom is approx 17ft long, and the 2nd double is a very good size, will fit a large double bed, bedside cabinets, three chest of drawers and a full size baby cot with ease. The front room has a lovely open fire and of good size and we have recently benefited from a new kitchen and bathroom. The flat is decorated to a high standard and you could move straight in!!
