You can join here Advert Subject: Beautiful 3 bedroom semi/Detach Bungelow. Kent. We have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 large, 1 small, Lovely Semi Detached Bungelow, in a nice area of Kent. We Desperatly need a 4 bedroom or even just a slighty bigger 3 bedroom house or Bungelow! Our bathroom has walk-in/shower and Jacuzzi Bath, all fully tiled to very high spec! Kitchen is fully fitted with lovely wooden doors, so you can paint them if ever you wish! We have 2 gardens, front and back, which are very easy to look after and private. We also have our own, Private Disabled parking bay! We have lovely fitted Axminster carpets in the lounge and hallway, along with specialist non slip flooring in the bathroom. We also have a large hall that can be used as a study (as it is now) or just a welcome room! We have spent alot of time and money on our home but desperatly need to move due to needing at least 4 bedrooms, now our children are growing up but saying that, the 2 large bedrooms are at least 18/19 foot each! We have a summer house and Log cabin but will consider taking these with us along with a childrens, 2 story wendy house! We have lovely niegbours who we will miss and we are very close to the M2 and Hempstead Valley shopping centre. We have woodland walks right next to us along with country walks. We have a main bus route to all major towns and are within 5 mins from local village shops. We are close to all local schools and Train Station. You would still feel this is quite rural due to being right next to woodlands etc. My husband is a joiner by trade so has done all the work himself, to a very high standered. We will consider all areas of the UK as long as it is non-estate and the property is clean. We would prefer Semi rural/ with large garden and Driveway, this is not nessacary if the proprty is right for us! It does not matter about Decor, as of course everyones tastes are different but it must be very clean, as is ours! You must be a family with someone who is slightly disbabled or even someone eldery for our home and we do have the right to Buy!
