HI ALL, i have a 3 bed house whaich was once privately owned and is now tamar housing assosiation.The house was built in the 1940's
The house has 2 big bedrooms and one box room, upstairs bathroom with bath and shower.large loft that is partially boarded out.
downstairs toilet, medium size sitting room with open fire and bay window,separate dining room.large kitchen which is due to have new kitchen fitted ,back garden is slabbed and has concrete shed.
the flooring through out the house is original wooden flooring but we have carpeted over.
radiators in every room , open fire in lounge also.
close to town centre,doctors surgery, health centre, swimming pool and gym and of course the lovely fields and river, also close to the city of plymouth but far enough to be away from the city life.
Saltash is a lovely place to live and has loads of lovely things to offer .
The neighbours are lovely and have been here for years,close to rugby clubs and football clubs and saltash .net community college.
