Own off-road parking space, and a smallish rear garden with shed. House is on three floors. In good decorative order.[b] Local to all of the amenities, e.g., central train station, buses, city centre, primary school, one minutes' walk to Northernhay Gardens (park), five minutes walk into city for groceries, Princesshay shopping, coffee bars, etc... this is a quiet side road and all houses opposite us are private. We are within about 7 miles of the nearest beach, dartmoor 20 mins by car, lots of green leafy Devon, but with all the benefits of living near schools, jobs, hospital, shops etc. We have no immediate rush, happy to wait for the right place to come up, because this is a good house, area, good neighbours; but when we find the right house are able to move quickly if that is what you need. We need a 3 bedroom house or bungalow (council will not allow less) pref. with garden and parking. Non-estate preferred, especially rural or coastal. Not bothered about state of decoration or state of garden, not bothered whether it has central heating/double glazing. Would ideally be on a bus route.
