I have a nice size ground floor flat in the lovely village of EAST HANNINGFIELD 6 miles from chelmsford, 15 MILES FROM Southend and Basildon, 6 miles from Wickford, and 2 miles fcrom South Woodham Ferrers!!
The flat has private communal garden, which is not overlooked by anyone else apart from the residents, and has fencing all the way round, the flat itself has nice 19ft by 10ft living room, large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, main bedroom is 10 ft by has built in large cupboard wich i use as my wardrobe, other bedroom is smaller about 10ft by 12ft, hallway has large cupboard also, bit like an airing cupboard.
I would like a 2 or 3 bedrooom house in Chelmsford, but other areas in Essex i will consider...i have seen a house i like but the person is looking for a 2 bedroom house in GRAYS/THORROCK/BROMLEY area, so anyone in those areas looking to move to mine, and dont mind doing a 3 way please get in Only registered users can see contact details on ukhomeswap!
