i have a 3 bedroom end of terrace, down stair's there is toilet, lounge, open planed dinning-room and kitchen, there is a arch between the kitchen and dinning-room.
to the lounge there is open fire, which heats up the water, laminate flooring.
dinning room i have carpet tile's which have been put down temp, i have laminate in the hall and down stairs toilet.
3 bedrooms upstairs and bathroom which has a power shower over the bath, 2 of the bedrooms have fitted double wardbrobe's all bedrooms are of avarage size.
i have a large side garden, you would fit at least 4 ten foot trapoline's in, this leads round to the front of the house, out the back there is a small court yard with a shed and coal bunker.
i live in a very rural area, surounded by the mountin's, its a little village called kirkby thore and its the last village on the A66. we have a small post office/shop, lovely friendly primary school which has small classes.

i am looking to exchange from my 3 bedroom house, into a 3 or 4 bedroom house anywhere around cornwall,devon, plymouth, coastal or rural any village.
My son has a heart condition so towns and bulit up area's are no good for him.
