hiya, anyone interested in a lovely 3 bedroomed house in kingswood.
we have a open-plan lounge/diner which is all laminated and a fair sized kitchen,
a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom with loo and a shower.
The bedrooms are reasonable sizes 2 double rooms and a small room.
The back bedroom has laminate flooring and the bathroom has floor tiles.
We have a large back garden all enclosed and a small open plan front garden with an option to fence off.
There is allocated off street parking for 2 maybe 3 cars depending on size of car.
Lounge/diner has been decorated to taste in the last 6 months but overall decor is good.
Quiet neighbourhood and decent neighbours.We are close to shops, schools, (both primary and secondary) doctors, dentists,
college, leisure centre and bus routes to centre and kingswood shopping centre
(although kingswood and all amenities are no more than a 15 minute walk).I have a disability and I need to be nearer the main shopping areas
We would prefer to stay in kingswood but will consider a 3 bedroomed house in the following areas:-
mangotsfield, downend, staple hill and soundwell and uplands road area in fishponds,
there is also a 2 bed house in cornwall available as part of a 3 way swap
