we have a 3 bed home in southend on sea Essex.we live a mile from the sea.The whole house has been decorated there's a downstairs toilet , kitchen diner.lounge with patio doors leading onto the new patio and newly laid lawn. my postcode is SS24SA.We live rIght on the edge of an estate .were in a close of 19 houses so its quiet.
Were close to the best schools in the county one of which is a Business and Enterprise school.
Were only 45 miles away from London so there's trains that you can commute from.we have a bathroom and 3 bed upstairs.were close to Doctors Libraries etc.... My pics can be seen at this address

.the seafront has everything for adults and children alike.but at our end of the beach its alot more peaceful if you just wanted to walk along the prom looking at the boats on the sea.

HI THERE. I LIVE IN WHITTON, TWICKENHAM, MIDDX, HAVE A 2BED MAISONETTE IN A BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL PART OF WHITTON. VERY LARGE KITCHEN,HUGE COMMUNAL GARDEN WHICH IS REGULARLY MAINTAINED, PERFECT IN SUMMER MONTHS FOR BBQS, PADDLING POOLS, ETC. MASSIVE ATTIC, WHICH I BEGAN CONVERTING INTO MY BEDROOM BUT LACK OF FUNDS LEFT IT UNFINISHED. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC NEIGHBOURS, VERY VERY FREINDLY COMMUNITY, COULDNT ASK FOR MORE. BEEN HERE 10 YEARS BUT LACK OF ROOM FORCES A VERY RELUCTANT MOVE AS I KNOW I WONT FIND ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN. Two double bedrooms one single bedroom. Down stairs toilete
upstairs bathroom, with toilete bath and shower. Large front room / living room, Large Kitchen / dinner. Huge Garden fenced all around. Double glazing, patio doors, central heating, gas and electricity supply for cooking.

Buses travel every 30 mins to Thame and Wheatley which are the two nearest Towns about 5 mins away and the buses then travel onto one way Aylesbury 20 mins or the other direction Oxford 20 mins away.
View at back of house is fields, view from front of house across the road is a 200 year old house.
There is parking at the side of the property behind our wooden gate which is large enough for a people carrier, then there is a built up vegatable patch and rockery. The front drive holds three cars.

I NEED = to move to South West area, Plymouth, Plympton, Cornwall, Saltash or any area consider South West max 1hr from Plymouth
I would like a min of four bedrooms with a garden and parking or 3 bedrooms with a seperate dinning room, garden and parking. Or right now just a blooming 3 bedroom !

We are in burnham on sea 5 mins away from the beach, Apex park 2mins away local shops schools primary and secondary! 3 bed masionette 2double and 1 single upstairs bathroom and wc also downstairs wc large front room and large kitchen. Brand new kitchen due to be fitted new units and floor have been ordered. due 2 my 2 sons moving near 2 bristol i am looking to move closer to that area NOT Bristol though. Burnham/Highbridge is a beautiful area a lot of people retire here, if any1 lookin 4 your area has axebridge, lympsham, cheddar, weston super mare then a multi swap would be great, let me know what you think and i'll keep looking thanks...
