I have a single bedroomed modern council ground floor flat in Leicester within a 3-story block.The West-End of Leicester is a very lively place with shops + all amenities closeby.Local shops,library,museum,De Montfort University, the river, castlepark, plus plenty of new clubs+restaurants + multi-ethnic influences,including a Polish community+International shops in which you can buy everything from humous to freshly baked cheesecake+"real" bread daily.
The flat is tucked away in a really quiet corner.Private parking,GCH,shower,laminated flooring+soon to have private Entry-phone entrance. I picked wild garlic in the castle-park today to add to my salad! Rent is £50.00 per week. Cheap-eh? 10 mins to the centre on foot. Need a move to Liverpool for love reasons. Downside? No private= garden-only communial. Yet green grass+river on my doorstep plus plenty cherry trees +evening river walks.
