Large and spacious 2 bedroom house located on a quiet crescent in semi-rural village of Oughtibridge, Sheffield, on the edge of the Peak District yet within 10 minutes drive of Hillsborough shopping centre with transport links to Hillsborough and Supertram every 10 minutes.

The house is immaculate throughout having being newly modernised with new kitchen, boiler and bathroom. All walls and ceilings throughout have been newly plastered and there are large gardens to the front and rear. The house is served by local shops/off licence, takeaway, restaurant, numerous village pubs and is in the catchment area for Bradfield School.

I am looking to exchange for a house (minimum 2 bedrooms) anywhere in Sheffield 10, 11 or 17. Any house/condition etc considered in these postal areas.
