Dear home swapper.

Have you found an exchange yet? If not can i interest you in mine. I am in enfield right close to turkey street Station so 40mins away from London Liverpool Street Station.

It is a maisonette on the 1st floor with no one above. There is a shared garden, and i also back in to a big open field which also has a nice swing park for kids. It is 3bedrooms all off a good size. The front room is 16ft by 15ft. The council are due to redevelop the bathroom and kitchens soon. We have new double glazing fitted and new gas central heating also fitted within the last 18months. I am in a little col-de-sac with a total of 31 houses and maisonettes.
