I AM LOOKING FOR A 3 BED HOUSE....if u can help please read!!!!
I have a very nice ground floor flat in the lovely small villag of East hanningfield, 6 miles from Chelmsford town centre, 2 miles from South WOODHAM fERRERS and 15 miles from Southend on sea
Both bedrooms are nice sizes, (pics will b on soon), kitchen is very large for a flat, i have a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen and still have a lot of space, living room is very long is about 20ft by 12ft, there is a built in wardrobe in bigger bedroom which is very large, also an airing cupboard in hallway which has 6 shelves inside, and we have our own built in shed right outside our flat which is massive and also a shared cupboard under the communal staires, but never used it as have so much space anyway!! In the block there is only 4 flats, 2 down staires and 2 upstaires, and 2 blocks either side, there is a private garden in the back of the flats not overlooked by anyone, just tree's, large fencing all the way round, also my garden table and chaires will be included as i went halves with my neighbour and she'l be keeping it, how cool is that!!! lol
I am looking for a house, want to start having more children and would like the house before we have another!!! would like a 3 bedroom house in chelmsford, brentwood, billericay, wickford, some parts of basildon and south woodham ferrers!! But i am open to offers of elsewshere in the country so get in touch
