PostAdvert Subject: 3 bed in Southmead needed - 2 bed St Judes to go!
We have a double 2 bed flat in St.Judes ( you can see the centre from the balcony!). The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 4 high block - there are 2 stairwells and a lift. The living room is fully hardwood laminated + freshly decorated, kitchen, hallway + bathroom all have matching laminate tiled floor. Bedroom 1 is carpeted and just freshly decorated, as is bedroom 2 also has harwood laminate floored (baby's room so very clean + fresh).
Flat has electric key meter and no gas - can be installed though - just need council's permission as there is fittings for it. Work is due to be carried out this Autumn by ROK to fit double glazing throughout (this can be verified at Bragg's Lane Housing Office). There is a private car park for permit holders only, CCTV and secure entry only via fobs, also the whole block has digital TV and camera access through your TV (can check to see who is ringing your buzzer without getting off the sofa - very handy!) Neighbours are a good mix - my best friend lives next door and I will miss him dearly!

I NEED A 3 BEDROOM (OR MORE) HOUSE/FLAT IN SOUTHMEAD OR SURROUNDING AREA. MUST BE ALLOWED TO HAVE CATS AND HAVE SOMEWHERE NEARBY TO PARK.
NOT BOTHERED ABOUT THE DECOR OF THE NEW PLACE + I WILL ARRANGE FOR REMOVAL VAN AND COST IF NEEDED. MESSAGE ME IF INTERESTED AND I'LL MAIL YOU PICTURES OF MY PLACE.

FORGOT TO MENTION I HAVE 2 CATS - SO PETS ARE ALLOWED NO PROBLEM! ALSO THERE IS A FREE LAUNDRY ATTACHED TO THE BLOCK + ONSITE CARETAKERS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES.

YOU HAVE TO SEE MY FLAT TO BELIEVE HOW GOOD IT IS HONESTLY! THE CENTRE CAN BE SEEN FROM LIVING ROOM, YOU'RE 10 MINUTES FORM THE BUS STATION, TEMPLE MEADS, 20 MINUTES FROM EASTGATE (TESCO, IKEA ETC), M32 IS 2 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD.

I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 11 YEARS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBOURS OR THE AREA. ST.JUDES IS A LOVELY LEAFY OVERLOOKED PART OF BRISTOL!
