In a nice quite area of petersfield ,you find our
1 bedroom first floor flat with large garden and own parking space.
gas central heating,with radiators in each room.

BATHROOM has a toilet,sink and bath. window and extractor fan in bathroom.

KITCHEN has built in units and space for your washing machine and gas cooker,extractor fan. sink and work top space.combi boiler.easy to use and is checked yearly ,by petersfield housing association.

telephone connections in the sitting room for BT and virgin media.
not a bad size sitting room.

BEDROOM that lets the sunlight shine through.with a built in cupboard.

GARDEN is large and is shared with flat downstairs.(man downstairs does not use much) no need to mow as this is included in the tenancy and is cut by the gardeners that come round.

EACH HOUSE OR FLAT HAVE A NUMBERED PARKING SPACE. SO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SPACE IN THE CAR PARK TO PARK.

Neighbours are lovely and they are no problem.

we would like to exchange for a 2 or 3 bedroom house in LIPHOOK.

so i can be close to my ill father ,who lives in LIPHOOK.

garden and parking space would also be required.

we need to move so we have room to start a family.
