I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat, this is not a high rise block, only 2 floors. This is not a shared hallway.There is a large playing field out the front. Shops, schools, church's, take aways, supermarket, doctors, dentists, and hairdressers all withing 10 minuets walking distance. A very friendly neighborhood. Quiet area with only 1 road going around the estate.

I am looking for a 2 bed house with garden but not essential. Looking for bloxwich, pelsall, shelfield but other areas would be considered
