My Property:
Large 3 Bed Council house in lovely rural village location about 3/4 miles SE of Salisbury and about 18 miles from southampton.
Very good primary school 3 min walk away, secondary schools are 10 min bus drive into Salisbury. Post Office/Shop/Dentist/Bus Stops/Park/Social Club are on the main road through the village - literally a 1-2 min walk. Bus comes through village every 20 mins, direct to Salisbury or Southampton.
House is an EOT with 3 other houses, all private. Situated at the end of a cul de sac in a non-estate location, opposite woods and the other houses are primarily bungalows with elderly residents, so it is VERY quiet! GCH and Double Glazing. New Kitchen and Bathroom installed by council in 2006. Power shower in Bathroom.
Small front garden and off road parking directly front of house. Back garden is L Shaped, as it runs around the side of the house. The garden at the back of the house is largely patioed and is approx 15ft x 15ft with large border. Large concrete shed/out building with window, is between this and the 'side' garden - many people use this as utility room. Property Required:
I'm looking for a Large 3 Bed or 4+ Bed House in North Kent to be nearer family. Ideally in at least a semi rural location, but am willing to move to one of the towns if the house is in a quiet, not too built up area. Needs to be quite near to primary schools and bus route as i don't drive. Area's in North Kent i'm looking for are Sittingbourne, Faversham and Sheppey and all the surrounding villages within approx 20 miles. Would like a reasonably sized back garden as i have 5 children and they need to be able to play!
I'm willing to be involved in any multiswaps that people might have. |
