Advert Subject: Need a 3 or large 2 bed bungalow near Hove/Portslade area |
|
|
I have a lovely 3 bed house with lots of adaptations done very recently.
Lever taps, overbath power shower (really good!) non slip flooring in
bathroom and kitchen, also a downstairs loo and understairs storage.
Garden is lovely and big but I cannot access a large part of it due to
my disabilities. It's a beautiful house, backing directly onto south downs so noone overlooking us. I became disable suddennnly after living here for about 8 months. The house is untouched and is a blank canvas to anyone who wanted to move in here. Good/great schools close by and easy acces into Hove and Brighton centre. The area is very quiet, and our area is called a home zone - only one way in and out - so children can play together safely outside. I don't want to move but need to be closer to my daughters school and shops as I'm not allowed to drive at the mo.
Am looking for a bungalow as near to Hove/Portslade/ particularly near to Boundary Road/Vale Road as possible - it must have 3 beds and a flat but good sized garden and have a shower already put in. Am happy if the shower is over the bath.
Am desperate to move due to the fact i can't drive or even get on public transport here as I cannot walk up hills...not even the short hill we have here from our house to the bus stop at the bottom of our road.
Loft space would be good...also am open minded if you have a bungalow close to Fiveways in Brighton I'd also definately be interested.
so if you'd like a semi-rural/coastal house which is in great nick and very spacious with adaptations (even got a fuse box with a box reserved for stair lift!) maybe you'd like to come and have a look or send me some pics of your home. Thanks, B |
