I have a great place in the centre of Cambridge close to all amenities, fantastic schools, shops, open spaces, close to colleges and public transport. There is a large, pretty, shared garden at the front, and a sunny walled garden at the rear, which is paved and decked and has a shed.
Inside there are two bedrooms, one large one medium sized with built in wardrobes. There is a fairly new bathroom (2007) and kitchen (2005), laminated floors throughout except the stairs and landing are carpeted and the smaller bedroom haas sanded polished floorboards.
I am moving to study in Oxford, and would also consider a temporary swap for 1 year with someone in a similar position, though I realise that would be a long shot! All my neighbours are good people and a lot of us have kids who play out together- ideal for small family as it is council right-to-buy.
