| My gff is a Peabody owned conversion with a weekly rent of £104-88. It has one bedroom, a snug with bay window, and a galley style kitchen. There is a fine walled garden. It is in a very quiet street off Lavender Hill SW11 handy for Clapham Junction, ASDA (8 mins) and buses for the centre of London. River Thames, Battersea peace pagoda 20 mins walk away. The neighbours are quiet and considerate. Looking for a one bedroom (maybe 2) house/bungalow/flat(no blocks) in all the Home Counties, or in the next geographical ring ie up to 100 miles from London as long as the main railway is fairly close. Will consider properties further afield, ie Dorset, Wiltshire if particularly well appointed. Also must have a rent reduction to between £60 and £80 ideally. |
