Hi...I have a 3 bed semi, in a semi-rural village near banbury.
2 double bedrooms, and 1 good sized single room.
Upstairs toilet,
Bathroom downstairs,
21 ft living room with open fireplace,
Newly refurbished kitchen.
ECH
Double glazing throughout.
Large rear garden, with patio shed and barbecue.
Reasonable sized front garden with hedge and own driveway.
My neighbours are lovely would like to take them with me when i move!! Lovely community spirit here, but not nosy like some places can be.
Local shop in village, excellent nursery school, primary school and secondary school in next village along with doctor, dentist, post office, etc. 15 mins walk, 2 min drive and regular buses. Also school transport is free.
I am looking for a 3/4 bed non-estate within 20 miles of banbury, although other areas will be carefully considered.
My ideal swap would have a medium to large secure rear garden, own driveway or garage and a sepaerate dining room if poss.
