| we have a large mid terraced house only 4 in a row in a quiet cul.de.sac on epsom downs tadworth surrey kt20 5bz where the derby is we are 10 mins by car to epsom town centre where you can get the train straight into central london with in 30 mins also we are 15 to 30 mins bycar to sutton banstead leatherhead ashstead dorking redhill reigate crawley and gatwick all of which their is public transport we have excellent schools and colleges some with in walking distance or else by public transport we are very close to hospital doctors library local shops eg/ co.op asda 5mins in car we are surrouned by countryside boxhill 15mins in car our house has a lawned fenced in front garden the kitchen is15x13 downstairs toilet 7x4 storage cuboard in hall way living rm is 14x20 upstairs bathrm is 10x9 bedrm 1 is 12x 12 bedrm 2 is 12.6x12.6 bedrm 3 is L shaped 15x9 all newly decorated wood floors except for carpet on stairs and upper landing the garden has a patio and shed with 6ft fenceing all round no back excess parking no problem this is a lovely area with a community sports centre where we have been happy for the last 8 yrs need bigger house cause of 17 yr daughter who needs space due to shareing with 12 yr old sister would like coastal rural areas no large estates plz thank you for reading our ad |
