as the title says a lovely 3 bedroom house well decorated and laminated through out, on a quiet estate, the house is a 5 year old yorkshire met housing association house, driveway for 2 cars, fenced secure gardens with patio area. Huge kitchen/diner, downstairs wc, 3 good sized bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
We have lived here for 5 years and are looking to move/ hoping to exchange for a 2/3 bedroom house within the following areas : guiseley, yeadon, baildon, eldwick, gilstead, area to be nearer our grandchildren.
