have a four bedroom house in cheltenham quite near to the football ground but has never been a problem as they play on a Saturday afternoon.The street is very quite a few kids play after school but all very good.Near to shops, pubs, bus stops and schools, 15 mins walk from town centre.
The house itself has a front room recently decorated with laminate flooring,Kitchen has been recently painted and new work surfaces fitted it is not a big kitchen about medium size but can measure,Dining room ( which is an extension on the back of the house)has been recently painted and downstairs bathroom which has also been recently painted with electric shower above bath.
The bedrooms are quite big the smallest room has been recently decorated as a nursery for my son plenty of space although it is the smallest room,
Bedroom 2 is quite big(easily fit a double bed) and has been recently decorated.
Bedroom 3 has been recently decorated and is slightly smaller than bedroom 2 but am able to have bed wardrobe,desk,Tv unit and still plenty of room to play in.
Bedroom 4 just decorated is quite a big room double bed and lots of furniture in it and still plenty of room.
The front garden has been gravelled no of road parking but could be easily done.
We have 2 cars and always park them outside the house without any problems.
The back garden has decking and then a play area although is in the middle of being done as there was astro turf down there is also a big shed at the bottom of the garden which my husband has a work bench in.
We are interested in all areas and would consider a 3 bed if it has a dining room, Also a possible multi there is a four bed in wales on offer
