2 Bed apartment (new build) in basford, notingham. (on the outkirts of basford) electric gates onto complex with cctv cameras in operation 24/7. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, laminated flooring through kitchen and living area, beige carpets in both bedrooms. quite spacious for an apartment. quiet area with lovely neighbours. on the down side, there is no garden.
Would like to exchange to a 3 bed property in nottingham, all areas considered. preferably with garden space as we have a 2 year old who loves to be outdoors.
