I have a 3 bed detached house in Bedford, it has a large garden, off road parking, 2 living areas, medium sized kitchen, outta area that is enclosed with a toilet. the garden has a patio with a summer house and shed. The front garden is a fair size and is all slabbed. The park is just minutes away aswell as the shops. Local schools are within walking distance.
