we have a lovely one bedroom, first floor flat available for an exchange. the flat is situated in a quite part of caerau where there are only four flats in the block. We dont have any trouble, the neighbours are lovely and have gone to great lengths to keep the communal parts of the block feeling homely.
The flat is close to shops, doctors, schools, police station and all other local amenities.
you enter through the main entrance via a key fob, up one set of stairs to the front door. once inside the flat your in the hall which has laminate oak wood flooring leading through to the living room. off the hall you have the bedroom which is newly plastered and carpeted through out. then you have the bathroom which has a small but conventional bath and also a shower, toilet and basin.
The living room is a really nice size, not a pokey little one like most flats and like i mentioned before the flooring through out. this has also been newly plastered.
The kitchen is a new fitted kitchen that we had put in ourselves, with lovely black floor tiles to match the work surfaces, this is also newly plastered, with plenty of room for your essentials, i have my fridge, my washing machine, my cooker and my freezer all in the kitchen, no worries.
This flat has central heating, double glazing and blinds through out, not to mention an attic where the space runs the whole size of the flat. Also there is a large communal outside area including washing lines.
i intend on adding photos as soon as i get round to taking them, if this flat sounds as great as it really is then dont hesitate to contact me. id stay here forever if i had the choice, but circumstances change and i now need a house.
im looking for a 2/3 bed house in the caerau area, maybe would consider somewhere over the other side of ely. condition doesnt matter, just need to find a suitable match.
