Hi, This flat is located on the Walthamstow, Chingford borders. It is a new purpose built flat, which was completed by barratts, homes in Jan 2007. This property is within close proximity to many good schools, Primary and secondary, is close to Lloyds park and has epping forest within walking distance which has a boat lake and ducks (lovely way of walking off that big sunday lunch Wink

).

The home has private parking at the rear of the property, a bike shed with a lock requiring a security code and a children’s playground. This is a very small block which only contains 12 flats the other tenants are very quiet and the block is well maintained, the block is within an apartment complex of which all are private except this block.

The rooms are large, both double bedrooms have room for a double bed + furniture, I have a kingsize in mine and a very large chest of drawers and still have lots of walking space. The flat has a good size family bathroom with a shower above bath. The flat also has two storage areas one containing the boiler and shelfing and the other a large cupboard opposite which I have converted into a wardrobe, It has an open plan kitchen which opens out onto the living area, making this a very large room with enough space in the living room for a suite or a corner sofa unit.

We also have good transport links here. Walthamstow central station is 5mins away by bus or a 15min walk, and wood street station is a 7min walk away which gets to liverpool street in 15mins.

I require a 2/3 bed place which has sole use of a garden. I will consider most areas as long as its not too far over the water
