This house is well looked after and clean..and has been decorated nicely! It's a row of four houses and has a front and back garden of decent size, and easy to look after. The back garden has recently had a new fence on one side and 3 panels replaced on the other,and a new lawn layed out the back. Both gardens are kept neat and tidy.
It has off road parking, a small carpark at the front of the house shared with houses either side.
The house itself has a large downstairs hallwayand a large upstairs landing, the living room/diner is very large with a large window one side and the backdoor the other side. The toilet and bathroom are upstairs but seperate, there are two decent sized bedrooms and a large walk in cupboard at the top of the stairs. The kitchen is not a bad size and has plenty of cupboard space..
The house has been recently decorated and is well maintained.
