we have a 3 bed house mid terraced in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac we are 10mins walk from epsom downs race course it takes 5 mins by car or public transport to epsom town centre where you can train into cental london in 30mins, we are local to redhill reigate banstead kingston dorkingleatherhead sutton crawley and gatwick all reached by public transport within 30 to 40 mins this is a lovely quiet area we have excellent schools and colleges some with in walking distance or again reached easily by bus we are local to village shops doctors etc asda 5 mins by car we are surronded by counrtyside but are semi rural the house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem the kitchen is15x13 the hallway has a storage cupboard downstairs toilet/sink is 7x4 liveing rm is14x20 bedrm 1 is 12x12 bedrm 2 is12.6x12.6 bedrm 3 is L shaped 15x9 up all have large built in cupboards the bathrm is 15x9 with large storage cupboard and under sink unit the garden has patio and shed with 6ft fenceing all round no back access wood floors through out and newly decorated we have been very happy here for 8 years just moveing to be more coastal or rural due to horses no large estates plz any area considered
