All the houses on the row are private we are in the only one which was purchased by our landlord sanctuary housing so the area is very very peaceful with no problems at all. Our house has 3 bed rooms of which 2 are double and the 3rd a single room, we have a bathroom upstairs, lounge, dining room, kitchen leading onto a rear garden with very large single garage at the bottom of the garden which is included in the rent at no extra cost. We have a stoned garden at the front away from the main road and there is adequate parking if you have more than one car. We are a 10 minute bus ride into the city with buses running regular all day, high school and choice of primary schools, we are 5 minutes from costello athletics stadium track and two parks. If you commute we are a 5 minute drive from the A64. This house is ideal for someone who has a family but also wants to benefit from peace and quiet all we want is a fresh start as i am currently unemployed and feel this is the right time to move.
