I live in a 3 bedroom ground floor maisonette in northfleet gravesend kent.
My home has a large kitchen, living room and bathroom 2 double rooms and a single room both double rooms have built in wardrobes and are very spacious.
My home also has a down stairs toilet, under stairs cupboard and good size airing cupboard upstairs, the living room, stairs and all three bed rooms are carpeted and in good condition. I have a garden for personal use and there is a children's play park at the front of the property, local shops within walking distance and schools near by are very friendly, town is only a bus ride away which you could catch from at the top of my road.

I am looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house but would consider a ground floor maisonette with own garden

Garage or driveway desireable.
Must be in reasonable condition like our own property and not require a fortune spending on it.
Friendly neighbourhood areas only (we are in our mid-fifties)
Must be within reach of road and transport networks (we both still work).
Semi-rural, rural or coastal preferred but on the edge (suburbs) of a town would be considered.
No inner city areas.
