I have a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat in bristol, its not on a estate and no highrise. The biulding has 3 floors and about 30 flats, brand new was only biuld 2 years ago i have been the only tenant who has lived here.
Central location with everything near trains station and town centre just a few min away, shopping wise there is a sainsbury's and asda less then a mile away. School just behind my building playgrounds and leisure centre around the corner.
the rooms are off fair size 1double about 8ft by 14ft and the other is a single and spaciouse lounge 14ft by 14ft and good size kitchen
There is a shared terrace on the first floor and allocated parking space, mine is infron of my door.
I am looking for a groundfloor or first floor flat or house or maisonett in london would like east london garden not assential but a +point
