PostAdvert Subject: need edinburgh for my 1 bed islington n7

can you help. i have found a place but the other person was to move to Edinburgh. Is there anyone would like to move to my place?

this is a 1 bed split level flat with RTB. The bedroom is a good size as we have a large king size bed, large mirrored fitted wardrobes and still room for chests units etc. the living room is a good size, the photo doesn't show this well. both bedroom and living room are bigger then the 1 bed places I have seen. the bathroom has just had new tiles round the bath, new electric shower , new loo and flooring. the photo was taken before it was finished. there is a big storage cupboard by the front door and another big cupboard next to the kitchen. this has many uses. i use it as a big larder and for storage for never ending supply of tupperware and gizmos. the kitchen is smallish but feels a lot bigger as you see into the living room. has connections for gas cooker.
outside the front door you have own use of a good size shed. although there is no own use of space there is a large space outside the front door where we have loads of plants and sit out in the summer. there is also a pretty communal garden and a dog walk garden.
all time are by using the bus as i don't drive. if you do then you would get there quicker still. we are 5 mins walk from tufnell park tube, 6mins bus ride from archway tube, 5 mins, 5mins to camdon road, 5 mins to kentish town, and within 25mins you can get to all these places, kings cross and euro train, euston, hornsey, crouch end, woodgreen, turnpike lane. finsbury park, 15min walk to holloway. the 390 is 2 mins walk away and will take you to notting hill via oxford st and the other way up to archway. you are also close to shops and restaurants. reason for moving is to be closer to family and work.
