3 bedroom maisonette on the first floor. we are in mitcham surrey and want to move to the coast, kent,guildford, ashstead, woking, epsom or cheam. the living room has 2 large windows thar over look a large green and fields that ideal for the kids to play footie or to walk the dog. the living room has just been decorated in chocolate and cream and has laminate flooring. the hallway is beige and cream and also has laminate flooring. the kitchen is about to be re painted. the toilet and bathroom are separate from each other. bedroom 1 is tha same size as the living room which is 17ft by 12 ft. bedroom2 is 12ft by 12 ft. and bedroom 3 is a single. close to all the local amenties that you can think of. we need more space as we have 4 children and would like a garden for them , especially the youngest as he is only 4 months old. we would like a large 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom house with garden. thanks for taking the time to read this ad.
