We would like to swap our lovely 2 bedroom council property on a popular housing estate in Rochdale, for a 2 or 3 bedroom property in either the West Yorkshire or East Lancashire area, preferebly in a rural or quiet location.

Our house is a lovely end terraced with gardens to the front, side and back, with brick built shed. The house itself has been well looked after and is nicely decorated and carpeted throughout. It has gas central heating and double glazing windows with a UPVC front door. There are 2 double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, with a dining/living room downstairs, and a kitchen which has recently been newly fitted with all new units, tiling and flooring. The property has been smoke and pet free whilst we have lived here.

The house itself is on a quiet part of a popular Rochdale estate, and is not overlooked at all at the front, giving instead views across a nice and rather large grassland area.

As this is a popular location, it is close to shops, local schools, good bus routes, and near to both Rochdale town centre, and just 10 miles from Manchester city centre (ideal for commuting to Manchester).

The neighbours are lovely (couldn't ask for better ). We would like to move generally for a change of scenery, but nearer to Yorkshire would mean we could be nearer to family.
