Hi I have a 2 bed house in Woodley in the wokingham district, in a quiet Cul De Sac consisting of 26 houses of which only 5 are council owned as the rest are privatelly owned. Just around the corner from the woodley shopping centre therefore close to all ementies as well as local primary and secondary schools and sports centre. Access to bus stops. Just off junction 10 of the A329.
I have a 2 bedroomed house fully decorated, laminated flooring throughout whole house, good size L shape living room with double patio doors. front and back garden, fitted country style kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, 2 good size double bedrooms, double glazed windows and new porch with pvc front door, Wide Corridor enough to fit excess furniture, New fitted power shower, Off the road resident parking, ample greenry at front for children to play. access to back garden through alley way. (residential access only)
I am looking for a three bed house with drive way or close parking as i have a special needs child and preferably a house with a downstairs toilet. Over crowded at the moment as i have a 11 year old son sharing a bedroom with my 6 year old daughter who has special needs. would like a 3 house nearby or surrounding areas of wokingham (woodley, winnersh, lower early etc) or further away depending upon the house idealy with a drive way. |
