Hi All,

We have a beautiful 4 bedroomed semi in Redditch Worcs.
It has 3 double rooms and a single room although it would be suitable for bunk beds and a set of wardrobes. One of the double bedrooms is downstairs with an en suite (walk in wet room) so its ideal for someone who is disabled although an able bodied family can move in.
The whole house has double glazing and at christmas a conservatory was built.
There is a downstairs toilet which had a new suite (toilet, sink) put in last year, we have a fitted kitchen (which is large enough for a kitchen table and 4 chairs.
The lounge is a good size with a new electric fire and fire place.
The whole house is fitted with radiators.
We have a large garden shed and a porch with a brick shed/room at the front of the house.
We have 2 gateways at the back garden and a private gate way to the front of the house.
The only thing which lets our house down which is the size of the back garden its a very weird shape, although it is slabbed.

Redditch is a fairly new town and not that large, we are (in car) 10 minutes from town centre, 5 minutes away from a large park and lake.
Well within walking distance of first schools, secondry schools and high schools.

hi we have a 3 bed in wallasey on the wirral, over the road from the sea and promenade, this is not a rural location, but within a few minutes walk over the road and down tobin slip you are on the prom, and can walk along to new brighton, its a differant world down there, and very peaceful.

I need a 4 bed due to exspanding familly, and i have been awarded overcrowding status, so im either waiting for a house from the housing list or looking for a swap to a larger property.
