I have a three bedroomed home with garage and shed.
beautiful scenery and walks around me and an education system that makes your child a child and not a statistic.
its a country area with a large community spirit.
I am looking for west midlands area around the birmingham are or well any offers will be thought about seriously.
the house has an open fire in the sittingroom for cosy nights in the winter and storage heaters throughout so dont have to use open fire unless you want to.
DOWN STAIRS.
kitchen/dinner with wood panneling aroud dining area.
bathroom with shower over bath tiled and wood panneling again.
sittingroom as above.
single bedroom.
UPSTAIRS.
2 double bedrooms with loft space cupboard in between.
sky is run up to the bedroom.
also wireless broadband.
phone upstairs and down.

check out the photos
there is an amazing school just out the sittingroom window which has only 15 pupils in it in total so lots of one on one tuition.
