You can join here Advert Subject: 3 bed hse in sought after area in surrey wants rural/coasl hi we have a 3 bed mid terraced house in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac in tadworth surrey kt20 5bz public transport sports centre schools local shops post office asda are 10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 mins walk from epsom racecourse where derby is held you can get to epsom town centre in 5mins by car where there is shopping centre and central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or with in walking distance we are close to all the following areas but they are not on your doorstep between 10 to 20 mins by car etc they are kingston leatherhead dorking redhill reigate sutton crawley and gatwick we are 40 mins drive to brighton arundel worthing etc we have public transport to all these areas we are surrounded by countryside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate we have a small green areaoutside all the houses no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is7x6 the liveing rm is 14x20which leads to the garden we have 13 steps leading to hallway which is L shaped is9.3 x7.4 bedrm 1 is12x12 bedrm 2 is12.6x12.6 bedrm 3 is sort of L shaped and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathroom is tiled and is 10x9 with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink the house is is newly decoratedwooden floors through out apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden is roughly 45x30 with patio and shed with 6ft fenceing all round with no back access but is a lovely sun trap we have best of both worlds of being rural but just a car drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years am only moveing to be more rural or coastal this is a safe freindly area with helpfull neighbours   linda5501 Joined: MEMBERS ONLY Posts: MEMBERS ONLY Reply: MEMBERS ONLY To view contact details or reply to this advert you will need to be a member.
