| hi we have a 3 bed house mid terraced in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac in tadworth surrey kt20 5bz public transport,school doctors local shops incuding asda10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 15 mins from epsom race course where derby is held epsom town centre is 10 mins by car where you have shopping centre weekley market by train you can get to central london in 30 mins we have excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or with in walking distance we are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep leatherhead kingston dorking redhill reigate sutton crawley and gatwick all between 15 and 30 mins drive we are even only 40 mins from brighton arundel worthing etc public transport runs to all these areas we are surrounded by countryside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate we have a small green area outside our houses and no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the liveing rm is 14x20 which leads out to the garden we have 13 steps leading to the upstairs where the hall way is L shaped9.3x7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is sort of L shaped and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is tiled 10x9 with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink the house is newly decorated wooden floors through out apart from stairs and landing whichis carpeted the garden is roughly 45x30 with patio shed and 6ft fencing all round no back access lovely sun trap this is a safe and freindly area with the best of both worlds of haveing rural but only a cars drive from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more rural or coastal |
