hi we have a 3 bed mid terraced house in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac in tadworth surrey kt20 5bz public transport schools doctor local shops etc asda are 10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 mins from epsom racecourse where derby is held epsom town centre is 10 mins which has a shopping centre and weekley market central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or within walking distance we are close to the following areas but there noy on your doorstep thease are leatherhead kingston redhill reigate dorkingsutton crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only 40 mins from brighton arundel worthingetc. all public transport runs to these we are surrounded by country side but not isolated our house has a fenced in front in garden parking no problem right outside gate we have a small green area outside all houses and no main roads the house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboards the kitchen is 15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is7x6 the liveing rm is14x20 which leads out to the garden we have 13 stairs where the landing is Lshaped and is9.3x7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is12.6x12.6 bedrm three is sort of L shaped and is15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is 10x9 tiled and has 2 storage cupboards one large the other under the sink the house is newley decorated with wood floors throughout apart from stairs/landing which is carpeted the garden is roughly 45x30 with patio and shed with 6 ft fencing all round lovely sun trap no back access this is a safe freindly area with the best of both worlds of haveing rural but only a car drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more rural or coastal
