hi we have a 3 bed mid terraced house in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac in tadworth surrey public transport doctors local shops post office asda are 10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 15mins walk to epsom race course where derby is heldwhere epsom town centre is 10 mins by car which has a weekly market and a shopping centre central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or walking distance we are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep theses are leatherhead kingston dorking redhill reigate sutton crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only 40 mins from brighton arundel worthing etc all public transport runs to thesewe are surrounded by countryside but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate we have a small green area outside of all houses and no main rds our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 the down stairs toilet and sink 7x6 the liveing rm is 14x20 which leads to the garden we have 13 steps leading to upstairs the hall way is L SHAPED AND IS 9.3X7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm 3 is sort of L shaped and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is tiled and is10x9 with 2 storage cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated wooden floors throughout apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden is average size 45x30 with patio and shed with 6 ft fencing all round no back access lovely sun trap this is a safe and freindly area with the best of both worlds of haveing rural but only a cars drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more coastal or rural
