hi we have a 3 bed mid terraced in a row of 4 in a quiet cul de sac in tadworth surrey kt20 5bz public transport school doctors local shops asda etc are 10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 15 mins walk to epsom racecourse where derby is held epsom town centre which has a weekly market and shopping centre central london is only 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges again accessed by public transport or within walking distance we are close to all the following areas but there not on your doorstep these are dorking redhill suttton kingston leatherhead reigate crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only 40 mins to brighton arundel worthing etc public transport runs to all of these we are surrounded by country side but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate we have s small green area outside all houses and no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 downstairs toilet and sink is 7x6 the liveing rm is 14x20 which leads oyt to the garden we have 13 stairs leading to the landingwhich is L shaped 9,3x7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is sort of L shaped and is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathrm is 10x9 tiled with two cupboards one large one under sink unit the house is newly decorated wood floors throughout apart from stairs and landing which is carpeted the garden is roughly 45x30 has patio shed and 6ft fenceing all round lovely sun trap no back access this is a safe and freindly area with the best of both worlds of haveing rural and yet a cars drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8 years and am only moveing to be more rural or coastal
