PostAdvert Subject: large 3 bed house, crawley ~ require 2 bed crawley or horley

hi all Smile
this is what i have:
3 bed mid~terrace house in Broadfield, Crawley.
Nice area, with a mixture of council and privately owned properties. Very child friendly, there is a green outside the front where they can play in safety.
I have two double bedrooms, and one single. Upstairs rooms have been recently decorated, and new carpet in one double, and wooden laminate flooring in the other double. The bathroom is large, and there is also a small toilet downstairs.
All house is double glazed and has gas central heating.
The kitchen is also large, and can fit a dining table in there (if you so wish! ). The front room is reasonably big, and has a large window that faces West and lets in lots of light. The back garden is East facing and is also quite large.
I have pictures of my home, if you wish to look at them please send me a PM here and I will send you the link.

this is what I would like:
2 bedroom property; house, bungalow, maisonette, or flat.
Own garden an essential (preferably not North facing, unless quite long and gets the sun most, if not all, of the day).
In a very quiet area. Due to health reasons I need plenty of peace and quiet.
Plenty of storage space, as I am downsizing.
Areas preferred: Gossops Green, Old Ifield, Southgate, Northgate, West Green, Three Bridges.
Would consider most areas as long as near bus routes as my daughter will still need to get to her school!

However, I would not like to move to Broadfield, Bewbush, Langley Green or Maidenbower.

*edit* I am now considering Horley, as long as walking distance to the 20 bus route (still need to be able to get to child's school in Broadfield)
So, any nice quiet areas in Horley with 2 bed properties, with any or all of the above specs. please message me!!!

Thankyou for reading Smile
I am hoping that soon my daughter and I will find our perfect home.

Hi is a garden a total must?
As i have a 2 bed 1st floor flat in southgate and really need a ground floor for health reasons.
There are great views across tilgate park from the front door and there is also a space outside my door where you can sit and look at the views.
